Buurtschap De Gast is a unique building project, situated at a beautiful location of De Gast in Zuidhorn. Characteristic is the combination of sustainable construction, green appearance, communal facilities and independent living. A plan for people who stand together for sustainability with open eyes and ears for each other and respect for each other's privacy. In the Buurtschap there will be a combination of approximately 15 residential units, terraced houses and apartments. These are with the front doors on a common yard and at the rear have a private porch-outdoor area with views of the surrounding common greenery. Each home has the option to create sleeping accommodation on the ground floor if desired. Central facilities such as guest rooms, extra storage space, a meeting place, a workshop are being considered.
